Questions and answers
How do I pay?
By M-Pesa. Choose a plan, check the Safaricom number, and we send a payment prompt to that phone. Enter your M-Pesa PIN and you are done: there is no card form and no paybill number to type.
When does my plan start?
As soon as M-Pesa confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Your badge, limits and receipt update straight away, and a receipt is emailed to you.
Does my plan renew on its own?
No. Plans do not renew automatically and we never take money without a prompt you approve. Pay again before the end date to extend it; the new period is added to the end of the current one.
Can I upgrade from Premium to Business?
Yes, at any time. Business starts straight away, and the unused part of your Premium plan is turned into extra Business days.
Can I move down to a smaller plan?
Yes, once your current plan ends. Until then you keep everything you paid for.
What happens when a paid plan ends?
Your account returns to Free. Your listings and photos stay in your account, but you cannot add listings beyond the Free allowance until you upgrade again.
Why pay yearly?
It costs less: 15% off Premium and 20% off Business, compared with paying month by month.
Who are the plans for?
Sellers, landlords, land owners and broker agents who list property with us. Buyers and tenants never pay to use the site.
A payment went wrong. What do I do?
Open Plan in My account: every payment is listed with its status, reference and M-Pesa receipt. If you were charged and your plan did not switch on, contact us with the reference and we will sort it out.
